Our Damask Roses are grown in our fields located in lovely little hamlet of Bir, in Himachal Pradesh. The hamlet is at an elevation of 5,000 ft (1500 meters) and hemmed by the majestic Dhauladhars that abruptly rise to 11,800 ft (3600 meters) forming a picturesque yet formidable wall to the north.
Blessed with clean mountain air and fertile land, our Roses is 100% organically grown without the use of any any chemical insecticides or fertilizers, we use neem oil to repel pests and natural compost to provide our fields with nutrients.
The local Himachal women workers have quickly become a part of our extended farm family. Dedicated and hardworking, they are as passionate about the flowers as we are and tend to them with loving care.
We talk to to our plants and frequently play music as we sow and reap, filled with joy that uplifts our soul and connects us to the earth and its gifts.
